Job Summary RJ Atlas Jewellery is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the recruitment process for Business Development Executives Agents This is a target-driven full-time role that plays a critical part in supporting the company s growth and expansion plans Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Business Development Executives and Marketing Agents Source candidates through various channels including job portals social media referrals and local networks Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet recruitment targets Ensure timely hiring as per the manpower plan and business requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements Represent the company professionally during job fairs recruitment drives and networking events Meet and exceed monthly quarterly recruitment targets Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates Provide regular reports on recruitment status and performance Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet hiring targets under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for field marketing or business development roles Knowledge of jewellery industry or retail sector is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms e g Naukri LinkedIn etc Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
