About Us SR Holdings is a fast-growing group managing multiple brands across printing solutions marketing advertising and corporate services in the UAE KSA and India We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Recruiter to join our Indian office team and support our dynamic hiring needs Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals social media professional networks and referrals Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and HR Requirements Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes sourcing techniques and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within deadlines Familiarity with HR software ATS tools is an advantage Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field What We Offer Opportunity to work across diverse brands in printing marketing and corporate solutions Professional growth in a fast-paced expanding organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Competitive salary package based on skills and experience Location Kannur Kerala India SR Holdings Office Job Type Full-Time Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
