Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and training programs.
  • Handle payroll coordination and leave/attendance management.
  • Address employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Support organizational development strategies, succession planning, and talent retention.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in the architecture, design, or professional services industry).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
