Job Summary

AJ Architects is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee project coordination, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with prior experience in managing teams and operations in a professional services or construction/architecture-related industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow within the firm.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Support business development activities including client acquisition & relationship management.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle financial planning, billing follow-ups, and cost control in coordination with accounts team.
  • Lead and supervise administrative & support staff.
  • Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and client interactions.

  • Project management & problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of architecture/construction industry (preferred)

Eligibility

  • MBA from a recognized university (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or operations role
  • Experience in architecture / construction / real estate sector will be an added advantage
