We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding & induction programs for new employees.
  • Help in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycle.
  • Work closely with HR team on day-to-day operational tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
