Job Overview

Seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive growth for our medical equipment supply business in Hyderabad. Focus is on selling Medical Equipment and related healthcare equipment to hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and home healthcare providers. Preference to candidates with prior healthcare/medical equipment sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and healthcare providers in Hyderabad for sales opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate Medical Equipment's.
  • Build and develop relationships with doctors, administrators, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and attending healthcare events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quoting, negotiations, product delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. Experience in healthcare/medical equipment industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu for local outreach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Preferred Skills & Plus Points

  • Existing network among hospitals/clinics in Hyderabad.
  • Experience with both product sales and rental models.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding sales targets in medical equipment or healthcare sector.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus commission on achieved sales.
