
Field Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and engage hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and healthcare providers in Hyderabad for sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Medical Equipment's.
- Build and develop relationships with doctors, administrators, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and attending healthcare events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quoting, negotiations, product delivery, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. **Experience in healthcare/medical equipment industry is highly preferred.**:
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.).
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu for local outreach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.
**Preferred Skills & Plus Points**
- Existing network among hospitals/clinics in Hyderabad.
- Experience with both product sales and rental models.
- Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding sales targets in medical equipment or healthcare sector.
**Compensation**
- Competitive base salary plus commission on achieved sales.
