Role & responsibilities

Booking appointments and coordinating with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors via email and calls
• Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Managing operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Preferred candidate profile

Any Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or home care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of home care services, healthcare resources is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, mobile apps, and scheduling software.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Shift Details:

  • Rotational Shift including late evening shifts up to 10 PM, and also night shifts
