About the Operations Executive Role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Oslo. In this key position, you will drive operational efficiency, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements across the organisation. The role is vital to ensuring seamless business operations and delivering outstanding internal service.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in the centre of Oslo, with the potential for some flexibility in working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities in Business Operations and Process Improvement
  • Coordinate and optimise daily business activities to ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on operational performance and key metrics.
  • Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Support the delivery of operational projects on time, in scope, and within budget.
  • Assist with resource planning and support onboarding for new team members.
  • Develop, document, and maintain procedures for core operational processes.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or operational challenges proactively.
Essential Qualifications and Skills for Operations Excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, administration, or project coordination role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business management systems.
  • High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
