Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise-wide Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. This role demands a visionary leader with deep technical expertise in data architecture, AI/ML, ETL, dashboarding, and emerging technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and data-driven decision-making across all business functions including R&D, production, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the BI and AI roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation.

  • Lead the Analytics and AI team and foster a data-driven culture.

  • Technical Execution:

  • Design and maintain a centralized data lake ensuring scalability, security, and accessibility.

  • Develop and manage interactive dashboards and predictive models for all functions.

  • Spearhead AI and GenAI initiatives including LLM deployment and RAG models.

  • Cross-Functional Enablement:

  • Identify and implement AI use cases across departments (e.g., predictive maintenance, market demand forecasting).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

  • Governance & Quality:

  • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and quality management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, data architecture, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and data science tools (SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Technical Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Data lakes, ETL pipelines, and orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT)

  • BI tools: Power BI, Tableau
  • Data warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift

  • AI/ML technologies including LLMs and GenAI tools

  • Proven track record in:

  • Implementing enterprise analytics solutions

  • Predictive modeling at scale
  • Integrating analytics with manufacturing processes
