  1. Plan, monitor, and control extrusion production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  2. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

  3. Monitor extrusion parameters and machine performance to maintain consistent output quality.

  4. Coordinate die setup, changeovers, and product changeovers efficiently.

  5. Work on cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and productivity enhancement.

  6. Collaborate with maintenance for predictive and preventive maintenance schedules.

  7. Ensure products meet customer and internal quality specifications.

  8. Monitor non-conformities and take corrective/preventive actions.

  9. Liaise with quality team to maintain ISO or other quality standards.

  10. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.

  11. Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the production area.

  12. Supervise and guideline operators, supervisors, and support staff.

  13. Provide on-the-job training to team members on best practices and SOPs.

  14. Participate in manpower planning and shift management.

  15. Maintain daily production logs, downtime records, and shift reports.

  16. Provide data and analysis for monthly MIS and performance reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
