Job Description:

Hiring for Quality candidate at our Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Plant

Position: Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years in Li-Ion Battery Manufacturing Unit (Application- Solar, EV Battery)  

CTC: 6 to 7 Lakh PA

Educational Qualifications:

  • BE/B. Tech – E&TC/Electronics ME/M. Tech
  • Quality control certification advantageous 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Li-ion Battery Manufacturing Process, ESD and Reliability Testing
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
  • Evaluation of final output of products to determine their quality
  • Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
  • Improving production efficiency and managing waste
  • FMEA, 8-D problem-solving technique, Supplier Quality Rating, TPM
  • PPAP, APQP & Lean Sigma Manufacturing
  • Seven Quality Tools, Quality Audits, CTQ/CTP identification
  • Process Capability (Cp, Cpk) evaluation
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) and control charts
  • Root Cause Analysis and CAPA for various problems
  • Quality Management System (QMS)
  • POKE-YOKE improvement techniques, Kaizen, 5S & 3M
  • ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015, Computer skills i.e.
