The Role:

We're looking for a Sales Team Lead who can build, drive, and inspire a top-tier sales squad

If you're a pro at logistics sales, love strategy, and can lead from the front—this one's for you.

What You'll Be Owning:

Lead, train & motivate the sales team

Set, track & crush sales targets

Build smart sales strategies & tap into new US markets

Sync with ops for seamless delivery

Analyze, report & improve performance metrics

What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain preferred)

MUST have experience in US 3PL logistics/transportation sales

Great communication & leadership skills

CRM-savvy & data-driven mindset
