Role:

We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth, mentor a high-performing team, and help expand our customer base. If you're a strategic thinker with strong logistics knowledge and leadership skills, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

Lead, train & motivate the sales team

Set & track sales targets

Develop sales strategies & identify new markets

Collaborate with operations for smooth service delivery

Analyze data & optimize performance

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain preferred)

Experience in sales leadership (US 3 PL logistics/transportation is must)

Excellent communication & coaching skills

CRM proficiency & data-driven mindset
