Role Description
To drive high-value product sales of Lucid Imaging's advanced Print Inspection Systems within the Security Print and Print & Packaging Industry by leveraging strong technical knowledge of printing machinery and capital equipment. The role focuses on engaging with printing houses, packaging converters, label manufacturers, and security print units to understand their production challenges, propose the right inspection solutions, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from requirement analysis and demonstrations to negotiations and closure while strengthening Lucid Imaging's position as India's Print Inspection Specialist across Pan India markets.
Qualifications
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the Security Print and Print & Packaging sectors.
- Engage with printing houses to understand processes, challenges, and inspection requirements.
- Recommend suitable print inspection systems based on technical and production needs.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, trials, and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and commercial quotations.
- Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
- Collaborate with application and engineering teams for solution validation.
- Present ROI, quality benefits, and automation advantages to decision makers.
- Lead negotiations and finalize orders for high-value capital equipment products.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and repeat customers.
- Track and report on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in print expos, customer events, and industry interactions nationwide.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for case studies and product materials.
- Maintain structured sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting for management.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must come from the Print & Packaging industry with proven experience in selling capital equipment such as printing presses, converting machinery, inspection systems, finishing machines, or other large industrial print equipment. Experience outside the printing industry will not be considered for this role.
