Job Title: Team Leader – Internal Sales

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–3 years

Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader – Internal Sales to head our internal sales team and support business growth. Candidates with experience in engineering industries such as pumps, motors, valves, water treatment, etc. is MANDATORY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the internal sales team, proposal engineers, and sales coordinators.
  • Interact with clients to convert submitted proposals into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up on quotations, provide clarifications, and ensure closure.
  • Manage and monitor collections from clients.
  • Ensure all proposals/offers are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Support the external sales team with documentation and internal coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in internal sales, telecalling, or customer service.
  • Experience in engineering industries preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Good understanding of sales coordination and customer handling.

Qualification

  • DME or B.Com preferred.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
