Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chennai's real estate market.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing large teams.
