Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented professionals for the role of Customer Sales Specialist. The role involves direct sales and marketing of our wide range of home wellness and lifestyle products, including:

  • Water Purifiers
  • Water Softeners
  • Vacuum Cleaners
  • Air Purifiers
  • Pet Grooming Kits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and digital leads.
  • Schedule and conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer residences.
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain a prospective customer database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in BTL marketing activities such as canopy setups, society engagement programs, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
  • Ensure proper documentation for order collection and customer ID creation.
