Administrative Coordinator

Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients before, during, and after
- Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to update them on progress and gather requirements or feedback.
- Identify and escalate any client concerns or issues to ensure quick resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Female Candidates only who reside near Patel Nagar
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or coordination roles (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with event/project management tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for creating WOW moments.
