Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients before, during, and after
  • Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to update them on progress and gather requirements or feedback.
  • Identify and escalate any client concerns or issues to ensure quick resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Female Candidates only who reside near Patel Nagar
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or coordination roles (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with event/project management tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for creating WOW moments.
