Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Coordinator. The Coordinator will handle scheduling, communications, and documentation to support smooth logistics operations. They will liaise between clients and internal teams, monitor delivery timelines, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality service is maintained. Administrative duties, such as maintaining records and generating reports, will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address operational challenges.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other basic software tools relevant to logistics operations.
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
