About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized
Service Coordinator
with a strong background in hardware support to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating service activities, ensuring timely support, and maintaining excellent communication between clients, service engineers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule hardware service requests and support activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the service team.
  • Assign service engineers based on priority and availability.
  • Maintain service logs, client communication, and equipment records.
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to service operations and performance.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware parts and coordinate with procurement when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to
    hardware
    coordination or support.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or service management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
