The roleBusiness Administator will support the PMO Lead by organizing and coordinating project activities which includes completing administrative tasks in the PSA tool, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking project progress, following up on actions, and updating project documents. The role also involves managing projects in the BAU phase and monitoring scope, time, budget, and quality in line with the SoftwareOne Delivery Methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract management NDA, MSA, SubCon Agreement, SOW review, approval, and signing with Legal &partners
- Contractor onboarding, Workday/IT access setup, hardware requests, BYOD, and offboarding
- Timesheet verification, invoice validation, follow-ups with Finance, and vendor payment tracking
- Utilization, chargeability, and forecasting reports for contractors and internal resources
- Recruitment and resourcing support including requirement gathering, job descriptions, candidate coordination
- Project governance including backlog tracking, milestone monitoring
- Artifact repository maintenance and certification tracking
- Funding and partner management including claims tracking, renewal of SOWs, & opportunity tracking
- Employee support processes e.g. IT ticketing, access issues, training, device return tracking
- Travel and ad hoc request handling
- Monitoring, reporting, and other activities requiring manual handling
- Effectively and accurately monitor & communicate relevant project information to the client and project
team
- Excellent in coordination, organizing, tool & business administration and back-office support
- Any Graduate, preferably Buinsess Administration
- Good communication skills
- Desire to work in a consulting environment
- Highly disciplined and proactive
- Drive to turn-around all assigned tasks promptly
- Good in writing emails without grammar & spelling mistakes
- Atleast some experience with Outlook and Excel
- Good analytical skill
- Desire to work in a consulting environment
- Attention to detail
