Position Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who combines creativity, leadership, and digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, a strong understanding of AI tools, and a passion for storytelling, branding, and growth marketing.

You'll work closely with the founding team, lead our SMO and SEO initiatives, and play a key role in building KickCall's global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SMO (Social Media Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) teams
  • Plan, create, and execute creative digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Jasper, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity
  • Develop high-quality content for social media, blogs, and marketing assets
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple digital platforms
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams for landing pages and campaigns
  • Explore opportunities for podcasts, brand interviews, or video content (a big plus)
  • Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or SMO (internship experience acceptable)
  • Strong creative mindset with leadership potential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
  • Podcasting or video content creation experience is a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and initiative
