Job Title : IT Engineer Location : Gandhinahar About Us : We provide a single point of contact for all your traceability needs from technical consulting to implementation to support. We harness the power of Barcode, RFID, Vision, Cognitive Computing, IoT, Predictive Analysis and emerging technologies to enable our clients integrate their supply chains and facilitate end-to-end visibility and connectivity. Job Description :Responsibilities :Technical Support/Hardware support :

  • Giving technical support to all the users related to Desktop/Laptop.
  • SAP Installation and other sws Installation support.
  • Providing hardware support for desktop & Basic troubleshooting of servers.
  • Cordinate with AMC Team for IT Assetes related issue resolution.

Network/Firewall Monitoring and Maintenance :

  • Maintaining & configuring network connectivity across organization to improve better connectivity between the branches.
  • Implemented Firewall Policy & Antivirus across the organization for Internet access to stop unauthorized URL accesses which consume higher bandwidth & Virus-Spam attacks.

Email Maintenance & Support :

  • New mail id creation, mail forwarding, mail id delete, quota allocation, data backup & restore.
  • Customer / Vendor Master / Item Master and other master creation/ Updating in SAP.

Data Backup :

  • Data backup activity of all servers.
  • SAP HANA Database Backup on daily basis.
  • Data backup process has to be managed centrally.
  • Coordination with Vendors.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for laptop, desktop, accessories, network devices & internet links procurement.
  • Coordinate with ISP vendors for payment & invoice regarding Payment not updated & credit, outstanding amount received, etc issues.

IT Asset Audit :

  • IT Asset Auditing for across assets of the organization.
  • Handling IT Asset Operations.
  • Handling IT Asset Operations across organization except SAP development.
  • SOP create & share to organization for any changes in IT operations & implementation.
  • IT Asset master file maintenance, IT Related Reports create & provides to management as per requirement.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree. Experience : Fresher to 1 Year. )
