MBO Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven MBO Sales Executive to drive and manage sales through our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) channel. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in retail sales, especially with fashion or lifestyle products, and is passionate about relationship building, achieving targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with MBO partners and retail store teams.

Ensure regular store visits for visual merchandising, inventory checks, and training.

Drive sell-through by educating retail staff on product knowledge and brand USPs.

Monitor sales performance of each MBO and proactively suggest stock corrections or additions.

Plan and execute product launches, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns at MBO locations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned outlets.

Coordinate with internal merchandising, logistics, and marketing teams for timely stock replenishment and promotional activities.

Collect market intelligence – pricing, competitor activity, consumer trends – and report insights to the team.

Maintain accurate records of orders, sales performance, and returns.

Travel as required for store visits, launches, and events.

Desired Skills & Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or merchandising roles in fashion, jewellery, or beauty.

Prior experience in managing multi-brand outlets (MBOs) is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-starter with a result-driven mindset.

Proficient in Excel and basic sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
