We are currently marketing a **luxury apartment township in Deolali, Nashik**, with a special focus on catering to the **Gujarati and Jain communities**residing in both **Mumbai and Nashik**.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive**to join our team at **Prabhadevi, Mumbai**. Your role will focus on converting qualified leads into successful sales, specifically targeting luxury residential plots and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound leads and inquiries from interested buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visit coordination (virtual or in
- person) in Mumbai office.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, especially from the **Gujarati and Jain communities**.
- Clearly communicate project features, pricing, and investment value.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain detailed lead records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- 2-4 years of experience in **real estate sales**, preferably in **luxury or plotted developments**.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Client-centric approach and familiarity with the needs of Gujarati/Jain families is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client data.
- Willing to travel occasionally to **Deolali, Nashik**for site visits.
