Position: Recruiter (Ground level Hiring-Like-Drivers, helpers, bus captains etc.)

Functional area: Recruitment and sourcing

Availability: Work from office (lounge) 6days a week

KRA

Manage the end to end recruitment process and take overall responsibility for the hiring activity.

Working on recruitment & sourcing profiles using different portals

Calling on available databases and validation of profiles

Scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Follow-up with managers for timely closing the feedback of profiles

Identification of new vendors and keeping track of vendor productivity.

Follow-up with vendors for profiles pipeline as per requirement

Update candidate pipeline database

Demand forecast: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Support Central HR in KYC collection, onboarding doc collection and verifying completion (Onboarding,Induction,)

Maintain cordial working relationships with peers, manager and support staff.
