Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
