  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels
  • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies
  • Negotiate offers and provide guidance on employment policies
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Advise on recruiting strategies and best practices
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and orientation processes
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics
  • Conduct regular talent market research
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of negotiation principles
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Certification in Recruitment or HR would be advantageous
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
