- Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the geography. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills experience in stakeholder and vendor management and hands-on expertise in Social Media/ LinkedIn sourcing. The role also involves frequent interaction with stakeholders requiring the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities Front-End RecruitmentHandle the full recruitment process including sourcing screening and onboarding ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Stakeholder ManagementEngage with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs provide progress updates and ensure alignment with recruitment goals. Vendor ManagementManage relationships with external recruitment vendors to maintain a robust candidate pipeline. ATS Portals & LinkedIn SourcingUtilize all the avenues available to source top talent for various roles. Onsite Recruitment SupportParticipate in onsite recruitment activities as needed to facilitate in-person hiring processes. Requirements Proven experience in IT Recruitment. Strong stakeholder management particularly in dealing with stakeholders. Vendor management skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with internal and external parties. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred. Ability to work in the Specified Geo time zone.
