Title / Position: Business Development Officer
Business Development Officer will be responsible for collaborating with various institutions as per the set criteria and identifying potential mentors passionate about 'supporting entrepreneurs' and willing to become mentor.
Key Areas of Delivery
- Sourcing potential Mentors from SMEs, Academic Institutions, Govt Institutions, NGOs and Financial Institutions as per the norms of BYST.
- Develop & maintain excellent relationship- institutional alliances partnerships for sourcing and training of Mentors
- Visit the potential institutions for sourcing the mentors.
- To coordinate closely with Key Personnel of sourcing institutions
- To get the data from the accredited mentors about the impact
- Ensuring efficient & timely delivery of tasks as per the target
- Ensure all activity related administrative records are kept up to date.
- Post-mentor training evaluation and producing reports.
- Various reports/analysis/assignment as per requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in social studies, or similar relevant field required. Master's Degree is desirable.
- At least five (5) years' experience either in sales, training business development,
- Fluency in English required; fluency in local languages highly desirable.
