Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of agency experience to help us scale revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The right candidate will bring strong sales acumen, a proven track record, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through research, networking, calls, emails, and referrals
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition: prospecting → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Develop customized proposals, sales decks, and compelling pitches
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, tech) to deliver on promises
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular sales reports
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social, paid ads, websites, branding)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in handling CXO-level conversations and closing deals
- Strong pipeline management & familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
KPIs
- Number of new clients acquired
- Monthly/quarterly revenue generated
- Lead-to-deal conversion ratio
- Average deal size
- Repeat/retained business revenue
