Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Scientific Business Officer. The Scientific Business Officer will be responsible for applying analytical skills to evaluate data, facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, and provide outstanding customer service. Additionally, the role involves understanding business operations, handling client interactions, and providing strategic input to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Business operations
  • Ability to work in a team and manage client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
