Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers and team leads.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and follow up through all stages of the recruitment process, including feedback and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database regularly.
  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth experience for all candidates.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports .
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
  • Experience hiring 06 to 5 yr
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and diversity hiring practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
