HR Manager – Female

Job Location – Bhopal Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  2. Managing the recruitment and selection process.

  3. Nurture a positive working environment.

  4. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

  5. People oriented and results driven.

  6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Job brief:

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Pre-requisites:

1) Minimum Qualification- MBA /PGDM

2) Academic performance throughout should be good (Ideally 80% or above would be preferred)

3) Candidate should have minimum eight year of experience

4) Must have excellent communication skills
