
Sales Executive

Experience Required:
5 to 10 years in Sales/Business Development (preferably in Security, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing industry)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Sales):
- Identify and approach new clients for security guard services, housekeeping, and facility management solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calls, references, networking, and market research.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Government Tenders:
- Explore and participate in Government Tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement sites, PSU tenders, etc.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical & financial bids within deadlines.
- Track tender announcements, EMDs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, and legal) for supporting documents and approvals.
- Follow up on submitted bids and manage tender-related queries.
General:
- Maintain proper sales/tender records and provide MIS reports to management.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Contribute to overall business growth by achieving both sales & tender participation targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in sales and/or tender handling within service-based industries.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, PSU, and e-procurement systems (preferred).
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to draft proposals, handle documentation, and work within deadlines.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Security & Facility Management services is an added advantage.
