Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property sales, and providing after-sales support. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, proficiency in client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
