Glazewall Traders Private Limited is a trusted supplier of architectural hardware, construction hardware, and silicone products for commercial and residential projects. We work closely with fabricators, contractors, and project companies to ensure timely supply of high-quality materials.
We are looking for an energetic Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence, build strong relationships with project clients, and support brand growth.
Role Overview
The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business from fabricators, contractors, builders, and project consultants, while also supporting branding, marketing campaigns, and market research.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and approach new clients in the construction, façade, fabrication, and interiors industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, and project managers.
- Promote company products such as hardware fittings, silicone sealants, accessories, and project supplies.
- Conduct client visits and present product options based on project requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a detailed CRM/database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Marketing
- Support digital marketing activities such as social media content, product promotion posts, and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with design teams for brochures, catalogues, and marketing creatives.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing, product range, and market trends.
- Assist in organizing product demos, site visits, and promotional events.
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and marketing analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of hardware/silicone products (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to handle B2B clients and project-based sales.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction materials, hardware, or industrial products.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, WhatsApp marketing, etc.).
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local market and fabricator networks.
