Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Chandigarh. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate solutions. They will handle client inquiries, provide guidance on financial products, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential new clients and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in relationship management, customer service, and client handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and analyze financial products and services
- Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local market and potential client base
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
