Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Chandigarh, offers the opportunity to work as a Sales Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales performance, manage and expand a team of sales professionals, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include devising and implementing sales strategies, tracking key performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional capable of delivering growth in a competitive market environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, track performance metrics, and prepare reports
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and market trends is preferred
  • Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software applications is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver results
