Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online outreach to generate new business opportunities within the hospitality, real estate, and design industries.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present tailored Wood Couture solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Share detailed product knowledge and highlight the value of Wood Couture's craftsmanship and services.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to schedule presentations and follow up on proposals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services where relevant.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business development objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tele sales, business development, or inside sales (preferably in luxury interiors, hospitality, or related industries).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
