Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Tele Sales/Pre Sales Executives based in Hyderabad. In this role, candidates will engage with potential customers, provide information on our products and services, and address questions to convert leads into clients. Responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients via calls or other communication channels, qualifying leads, maintaining customer databases, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will also participate in client follow-ups, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic etiquette skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Proficiency in lead generation, lead qualification, and client relationship management
  • Experience in sales techniques, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to use CRM tools, data entry software, and basic computer skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in real estate or tele sales roles is preferred
