Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead to oversee large-scale, global Identity & Access Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in managing international stakeholders, global delivery teams, and IAM transformation programs across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IAM program delivery, ensuring alignment with global security policies and compliance standards.
  • Oversee global project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation across multiple IAM projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders including business, IT, and security teams to define IAM strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive project execution by managing matrix teams across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Lead risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews related to IAM processes and frameworks.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs for IAM services and operations.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to overall capability building within the IAM function.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in IAM program management or delivery leadership.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery management across complex IAM programs.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping, CyberArk, Saviynt, or ForgeRock.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • PMP / Prince2 / CISSP / CISM certification preferred.

Education

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
