About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative technologist to join our team.  The successful candidate will be a Senior Full Stack Developer with a focus on Front-End Creative Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for building highly dynamic, interactive, and visually compelling web experiences that tell our client's stories. If you are passionate and hyper-detailed about crafting everything from scroll-driven narratives and data visualizations, and have a proven track record of bringing complex creative visions to life with clean, performant code, we want to hear from you. You will an essential collaborator with the rest of our technical team, plus our UX and visual designers, our copywriters, and our content creators.

The ideal candidate will be a master of the front-end and back-end stacks, with an advanced understanding of modern web standards and animation techniques. You will work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to transform static storyboards and data sets into engaging, interactive journeys for our audience.

About you

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Developer or in a similar role.

• Expert-level proficiency in vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Extensive experience with modern animation libraries and techniques (e.g., GSAP, ScrollTrigger, CSS animations, WebGL).

• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

• Strong portfolio showcasing dynamic, interactive, and visually rich web projects.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Proficiency with data visualization libraries (e.g., ).

• Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).

• Familiarity with back-end concepts and API integration.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, CloudFront, WAF) for scalable, serverless deployments.

• Experience with headless CMS integration, including Contentstack, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

What you will be doing

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performant code for immersive web experiences.

• Collaborate with designers to translate detailed visual concepts and animations into pixel-perfect, cross-browser, and fully responsive web pages and digital experiences.

• Implement complex scroll-triggered animations, parallax effects, and dynamic content changes to create a narrative flow.

• Develop and integrate data visualizations and interactive charts using libraries such as , , or similar.

• Integrate with back-end APIs to fetch and display dynamic content.

• Implement secure serverless back-end solutions with a focus on minimal integrations and a secure workflow (Dev → Staging → Production).

• Integrate content from structured JSON files, with a clear path for future migration to a headless CMS like AEM via GraphQL.

• Ensure all web experiences are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG).

• Implement robust security protocols including strict CSP, HSTS, WAF, and secrets management.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI platforms, front-end technologies and web development best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our team's technical roadmap.
