Job Overview
SAMS KAPPAL COLLEGE is seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in business development. The candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving growth initiatives. Successful candidates will possess essential skills in lead generation, cold calling, and developing sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, able to source and qualify potential business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in cold calling, demonstrating persistence and efficiency in engaging prospects (Mandatory skill).
- Capability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market penetration (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with CRM Software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Experience using Salesforce to streamline sales processes and enhance client relationship management.
- Competency in HubSpot for marketing, sales, and service to grow business with an inbound approach.
- Strong skills in market research to identify industry trends and gather insights for strategic planning.
- Ability in client relationship management to cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and outreach strategies.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, effectively presenting SAMS KAPPAL COLLEGE's offerings.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to engage potential clients and drive revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to track client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring business development objectives are met.
