Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to join our technical department. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring effective use of resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Need a Project manager from a website development agency background and should have experience in handling tech projects in the past.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress and Shopify platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
