MTG is looking for Executive Assistant for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Directly support to VP – Digital Process (including phones, calculating monthly budgets, administrative duties, etc.)

· Answer phones with professionalism and ability to screen call information for efficient handling.

· Coordinate and organize inter and intra department team meetings, including preparation of the agenda, organizing follow up and related tasks.

· Timely processing of partner invoices and payments and reports

· Support scheduling task and creating reports of teams

· Ability to create impressive presentations related to products and projects

· Maintain updated file of various departmental processes

· Conduct research on various digital (especially e commerce, ed tech and digital marketing) related topics

· Participate in special projects as assigned.

· Support in day-to-day operational activities in the department

Skills Required

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.  Relevant experience of 2 years or above, with 6 months of e commerce, digital marketing .

· Knowledge of or strong interest in the education industry preferred

· Capability of effective planning and prioritizing.

· Ability to manage several projects. Knowledge of project management tool is an added advantage

· Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency.

· Ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the company and to prospective candidates.

· No task too small attitude.

· Positive attitude, highly motivated, and able to adjust and easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27, ₹35,000.00 per month
