Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an AI Data Collection - Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will manage AI data collection projects, oversee project timelines, coordinate with global data annotators, and ensure data quality and compliance with client requirements. The role involves communicating with clients, troubleshooting project challenges, and producing progress reports to meet project deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of AI data collection and annotation processes, including managing speech, text, image, and video datasets
  • Experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with data management tools, CRM, and workflow systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, given global workforce coordination
