Job Overview

Huemn is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level role suited for individuals with up to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption for our studio management solutions tailored to the photography industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Go-to-Market Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in formulating and executing strategic go-to-market plans for tech products to drive rapid adoption and market penetration.
  • Market Research (Mandatory skill): Strong track record in conducting in-depth market research, trend analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and unique value propositions that differentiate products in the competitive marketplace.
  • Competitive Analysis: Experience analyzing market competitors, identifying core differentiators, and leveraging findings to inform product and marketing tactics.
  • Customer Segmentation: Skilled in developing customer segmentation frameworks and personalizing marketing efforts to target distinct user groups effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Adept at partnering with product, sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and launches.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience building sales enablement materials and training programs that equip sales teams with knowledge and resources to convert leads to customers.
  • Product Launches: Successful history of planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel product launches, with measurable business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product releases, focusing on new features and updates for the studio management platform.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and marketing approaches.
  • Craft clear and differentiated product positioning, messaging, and brand narratives tailored to the photography studio industry.
  • Lead customer segmentation initiatives, identifying and targeting key user personas to optimize product adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective product presentations and launches.
  • Create sales enablement content, value propositions, and training programs to empower sales teams with compelling messages and objection-handling materials.
  • Measure and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering insights for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing tactics.
  • Represent Huemn at industry events, webinars, and with media, acting as a product evangelist to build thought leadership and brand visibility.
