Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential franchise opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential franchisees. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business planning strategies, managing franchise sales processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision. The role also entails providing clear communication and guidance to franchise prospects while supporting them throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Lead Generation
- Strong Business Planning and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging and building relationships with potential franchisees
- Proven ability to plan and execute sales strategies and meet targets
- Knowledge of the food and beverage or cafe industry is a plus
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
